Vehicle stock rotates rapidly due to retail demand. All availability is subject to physical verification and written confirmation by the respective authorized dealership at the time of your formal booking. ScoutMyVehicle cannot and does not guarantee that a specific chassis, colour, or variant will remain available prior to formal booking receipt issuance by the dealership.

3 Prices, Taxes, and Offers Are Subject to Change

Ex-showroom prices, estimated on-road prices, regional road taxes (RTO), registration fees, TCS, FASTag charges, insurance premiums, and festive consumer schemes displayed on ScoutMyVehicle are indicative estimations intended for budgeting guidance.

Automobile manufacturers (OEMs) and authorized dealerships reserve the unilateral right to revise vehicle prices, specifications, color palettes, and promotional discounts without prior notice. The final payable on-road amount is determined strictly by the authorized dealership's official quotation and tax invoice prevailing on the date of invoicing.

4 ScoutMyVehicle Is Not the Seller

ScoutMyVehicle does not own, manufacture, hold title to, lease, or take physical custody of any motor vehicles. No contract of sale, purchase agreement, or warranty contract is formed between the customer and ScoutMyVehicle.

We do not accept vehicle purchase payments, booking deposits, or registration charges on behalf of dealerships. All commercial payments must be executed directly between the buyer and the authorized dealership through official banking channels.

5 Sole Responsibility of Authorized Dealerships

The authorized manufacturer dealership selected for your vehicle purchase is solely and exclusively responsible for:

• Issuing the formal, legally binding on-road price quotation and commercial tax invoice.
• Receiving official booking amounts, issuing receipts, and administering cancellation or refund policies.
• Vehicle Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), scheduling delivery dates, and physical vehicle handover.
• Processing registration documents with the Regional Transport Office (RTO) and affixing High Security Registration Plates (HSRP).
• Honouring manufacturer warranties, extended warranty coverage, road-side assistance, and scheduled service intervals.

ScoutMyVehicle accepts no legal liability for any showroom delivery delays, dealer cancellation disputes, mechanical vehicle defects, or registration issues arising between the buyer and the dealership.
